I was provided with an excellent service from this company, I cant believe how friendly and professional one of the employees were. I have to applaud Idali Hernandez for her excellent service, she had me convinced from the beginning by expressing how great the product I would be recieving was. Had a conversion done on my home from a swamp cooler to hvac with Home Pro Solutions a few months back. I haven’t been so content and couldn’t be happier with the switch. I was a bit hesitant but they offered a finance option I couldn’t seem to get anywhere else and still remained hesitant but decided to pull the trigger. As of now, no issues or regrets here. Many thanks to sales representative, Hector Valenzuela. He initially approached me, explained my options on replacements, as well as options on payments/financing and has been in communication for whatever questions or needs I’ve had over the past months.
