Home Flash Services

Oscar P with Home Flash Service provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. He is a true expert and made the entire process completely seamless. He answered all of my questions and completed a same-day assessment on my Rinnai tankless water heater. He went above and beyond by calling the manufacturer himself, securing the correct part, and having everything replaced and repaired within hours.

Oscar P was extremely friendly, spoke to me with respect, truly listened to all of my concerns, and took the time to answer every question/concern I had. He offered helpful suggestions without any pressure or upselling. His response time was quick, communication through text was seamless, and he arrived exactly when he said he would.

It’s finally great to have found a trustworthy company with knowledgeable experts who genuinely care about their customers and their products without trying to overcharge. This is what real customer service looks like.

If you have a Rinnai tankless water heater, these are the guys you need to call.
10/10 would absolutely recommend Oscar and Home Flash Service.

Oscar came over this morning to check our tankless water heater. It’s new and it was making a loud noise. It took Oscar about 10 minutes to diagnose and fix. Turns out the gas setting was wrong inside the unit. Two other companies couldn’t figure it out. Oscar was prompt, professional and courteous. I highly recommend him and his company. Great job!

Professional and Fast service. I was very impressed by their knowledge of the equipment being serviced, their diagnosis process and the way they work with me to reach a solution that fit my needs. I highly recommend them and will call them again in the future. Oscar provided an amazing service.
