Took my Frenchie today for some skin issues. This was the best experience with customer service! I LOVE that you’re brought into an exam room to fill out your paperwork, get the exam/trt, and pay instead of doing this in a crowded lobby like most places. So nice not to have to wrangle your pet &try to fill out paperwork at the front desk. This is a great idea to keep pets apart and creates a more relaxing experience for the owner and animal!! Also, I love that they put a second leash onto your pet in case your pet gets out of the collar/ leash from the owner and the assistant even walked my dog out to the car and loaded her up for me without me asking!! I highly recommend this place. One of the best places I have visited when it comes to a veterinarian. Professional, supportive staff and very reasonably priced. They treated my dog like it was one of theirs and gave us the space and privacy needed to properly put our pet to rest. Thank you for all you did and for your help.
