Took my Frenchie today for some skin issues. This was the best experience with customer service! I LOVE that you’re brought into an exam room to fill out your paperwork, get the exam/trt, and pay instead of doing this in a crowded lobby like most places. So nice not to have to wrangle your pet &try to fill out paperwork at the front desk. This is a great idea to keep pets apart and creates a more relaxing experience for the owner and animal!! Also, I love that they put a second leash onto your pet in case your pet gets out of the collar/ leash from the owner and the assistant even walked my dog out to the car and loaded her up for me without me asking!! That was such a nice touch! It’s already a lot trying to take your pet to the vet and this office really seems to have thought of all the details to make it easier for the owner. My Frenchie is also super wild/hyper and they didn’t seem to mind at all! The doctor and the assistant were very kind, patient, and affordable. I also loved the recommendation for OTC washes as well. Makes me feel that they really care about the pets and not just money like some vets. A wonderful experience !! Exceptional service and excited to take my baby here!!

I went to get my dogs vaccinated after we moved. They showed me to the examination room right away. The nurses and doctors were nice. I would recommend them.

We've entrusted Holy Family Pet Care with the care of our two pups, Thea and Sarai, for the past two years, and we couldn't have asked for a better veterinary experience. Dr. Martinez and her exceptional staff consistently provided outstanding care, always going above and beyond, especially when emergencies arose. Their dedication to squeezing us in whenever we needed urgent help made all the difference.
Communication from the team was always clear, timely, and reassuring, making our busy schedules much more manageable. Their flexibility and attentiveness ensured our pups received the best possible care at all times, leaving us confident that Thea and Sarai were always in great hands.
We are deeply saddened to leave Holy Family Pet Care due to our relocation but highly recommend their services to anyone seeking compassionate, reliable, and expert veterinary care.

I highly recommend this place. One of the best places I have visited when it comes to a veterinarian. Professional, supportive staff and very reasonably priced. They treated my dog like it was one of theirs and gave us the space and privacy needed to properly put our pet to rest. Thank you for all you did and for your help. This place is great! My cat is generally very anxious and Dr Martinez handled her with amazing patience and care. My cat was calm with her within minutes (she was even calm in the car afterwards). The assistant that helped us was also very kind. The bill for a checkup and meds for travel was only $88! I definitely recommend this clinic!

They seem to really care about the well-being of your pet and if you have a problem with your pet, they ask questions to try and narrow down the issues so you're not wasting time and money with unnecessary treatment.

It’s hard for me to trust people when it comes to my two babies because I’ve had a lot of bad experiences, but Dr. Martinez and her staff have been so helpful. She knows exactly what she’s doing… her treatment plans have worked more than anyone else I’ve ever been to here in town and I’ve seen about 6-7 different vets. They all have their way of doing things which is fine, but a lot of them have been stubborn when I try to tell them certain things about my dogs (since I know them best and we are always at the vet) and either their treatment plans haven’t worked or it’s been the whole “you’re just the parent not a vet” situation and they don’t care about what I have to say based off my experiences. It’s been a lot of time and money wasted before coming here and I was even traveling out of town for all their appointments until a friend recommended her and her staff. The only bad thing is I wish I would’ve found them sooner!

I’ve had bad experiences with a lot of vets so when I moved to Austin 7-8 years ago and found one that did of holistic and traditional medicine and it was life changing. I got really nervous about our vet situation moving back to El Paso because I have frenchies who unfortunately always have something going on and the reality is not all vets are knowledgeable about the breed. I’m so glad someone I know recommended Dr. Martinez. Each visit with her and her staff has allowed me to be feel more comfortable being away from our trusted Austin vet and I’ve stopped having to take trips back when something is going on. She is by far the best in El Paso.
