The direct services we received from Hillcrest Funeral Home were fantastic! Michelle and Edward were most helpful especially when we encountered an issue with one of the outsourced facilities. In our case, it was a specific catholic church we had selected for the funeral mass. On the day of the service, our family and friends were told, as they entered the church, that the service had been canceled! Our immediate family was still at Hillcrest Funeral Home on that day when we received word from family and friends regarding this dilemma. Thankfully, Edward was close at hand and was able to correct the problem immediately and the services continued as planned!

Mr. Dominguez was a blessing. He handled everything for me. If it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t have known what to do. Everything went so smoothly. He always told me if I need anything just to let him know. He goes over and above to make sure the client doesn’t stress because we’re already grieving. I’d recommend Hillcrest Funeral Home to everyone. His staff was also considerate and understanding. Overall they were all pleasant and professional. You’re not just a number you matter. Hillcrest staff was so understanding and helpful throughout the whole process. I was blessed in that my family member made their own funeral arrangements but there were many details to take care of. The staff answered my calls promptly and gave helpful answers to my questions. I didn't feel adrift during the process. What I'm most pleased about is that we were able to commemorate our family member's life in a way that would have pleased her. Hillcrest staff played a big part in that.
