You know its going to happen but you are still in shock when it does happen. I had very little money to work with and I had a conversation with the owner or manager and Stephanie was the one who helped me. She was so compassionate and understanding and listened not just hearing me.
I would highly highly recommend Hillcrest . Its a heartwrenching experience as it is but having a compassionate listerner that understands makes it easier.
Edward and the front hostess and hosts were very helpful with everything for my husband and my family. They treated us with kindness and with respect. I love how they were very understanding and had a lot of options and included packages. For what we got, the services and the items were all beautiful.
