I Have been going to the Great Clips Eastlake Marketplace location for the past 2 years or so and have always had positive experiences with both their employees and service. Today I had the pleasure of having Bonnie as my stylist. She did a great job while providing excellent customer service with an upbeat attitude. I will continue to get my biweekly haircuts at this location and recommend it to anyone that’s looking for a good stylist at a good price.
Checked in online and it showed 0 wait time. Drove there and got service immediately. They had my preferences on record from a cut I had years ago which was nice. I did update them and Italia did an excellent job with my request. The whole experience took about 10 to 15 minutes and left very satisfied. My wife even complimented me when i got home. If the service keeps consistent I will definitely keep coming back.
Marisol at Great Clips consistently goes above and beyond for her customers. Her attention to quality and detail is unmatched, and she truly takes pride in making sure everything is perfect before you leave the chair.
