If you have senior dogs, do not take them here! We would post this on Google, but we're afraid the business could remove it so that they maintain above a 4 star rating. Not even 10 minutes after we took our dogs to Glamour Pooch, we received a call saying one of our two dogs had "a gash" but that there was no blood, and how it look liked it has been there for a while. Upon closer look, there were two wounds: one about 2 inches long and another wound about 3/8in long. We'd know for a fact if our dogs had a cut or a wound. Our dogs were seen by the vet just the day before, so there was no way the wounds were already there. Our dogs are much older, so of course when grooming, they need more care since their skin isn't so taut. They do have matted fur, but it's never been a problem when shaving them. They insisted that the wound was already there under the fur, but it was obvious they're the ones that did it when they were shaving him. This business avoided all responsibility. We're very understandable and reasonable people, but seeing how our dog's wounds looked fresh and not like how they said, it just says to us that they're dishonest and not so trustworthy with older pets. We will find another place that will consider and accommodate our senior dogs!

I was so impressed with Glamour Pooch Grooming. Especially with the owner. She took the time to thoroughly examine what my ? pup was going to experience, from cutting the nails to haircut/trimming shampoo & rinse. The owner made sure that my pup was welcome ? Thank you so much ? Susy Lara

I just have to give a huge recommendation to Glamour Pooch Grooming Boutique, wow,what a wonderful experience my poodle Zacky had there. Anita whom I assume is the owner or manager was so sweet and kind towards Zacky, she thoroughly explained the entire process and assured me that they are transparent in how they do things with cameras set up in every room to put the clients at ease. Anita explained that they are extremely commited to making our little furry ones feel comfortable and pampered, the end result was Zacky came out looking like a Hollywood celebrity,absolutely beautiful! I will be going back without a doubt after Zacky's surgery, thanks again Glamour Pooch Boutique!

This is the BEST place we have ever taken our pets! The owner has very high standards and her groomers are awesome! We've been to several shops in town and have been left very disappointed. Glamour Pooch uses the best products too and they sell them right in the store. They sell some really cute outfits, jackets, harnesses and treats, including birthday cupcakes! All very reasonably priced. You can tell these ladies love what they do! We will definitely let our friends and family know!

They almost killed my Dog. They pressed the razor to close to his skin that he ended up in emergency three times for cuts on his skin and infection on his ears, they put a solution direct to his ears causing him harm. I have videos. This place deserve to go out of business, please dont take your pets here if you love them.
