Prices are a little high but compensates for the customer service. The folks in the paint department were friendly and courteous. The cashier lady was a little dry and not as personable but did greet us and offered to guide us to what we were looking for unlike Lowe's or Home Depot.

I went to get concrete paint and a employee named Gilbert was very knowledgeable and really helped me pick out the correct paint. He was all over the place helping everyone out and was very friendly! I don’t know who the manager is but I can tell you that Gilbert isn’t making near enough money compared to what he brings to your store!

Great customer service along with a very hospitable and calm environment ???!!! The store had everything I needed and the employees were quick on their feet to assist every customer that walked in the door..Amazing ???!!!! You don't get that type of service too often anymore...Thank you Ace Hardware for your services to the community...keep up the Great work✊!!!
