I want to give a huge shoutout to two outstanding individuals—Mr. Hugo and Mr. Jay at Empire. I’ve been with this company since 2015, and to this day, they continue to go above and beyond. Without hesitation, both played a key role in getting my home back to cool and comfortable temperatures.
Their professionalism, quick response, and genuine care never go unnoticed. I know it sounds cliché, but not all heroes wear capes—and these two truly came through when I needed it most. I highly recommend Empire Refrigeration. You won’t regret choosing them!
