We had them go fix the swamp cooler. They fixed everything but 1 thing... The thing that gets the water going to actually cool everything. It costed us at least $700 and they at this point have just ghosted me. It's now been 5 days and a fahe promise someone would come at 10.
Edit) Alright so they finally came and fixed it the day of posting this review. Turns out that their phones weren't working due to team issues. Fixed it in 10-15 minutes. While I don't understand why the specialist that came the first time needed to be the one to come fix it. Turns out he had an emergency to go to during the day it happened. Empire refrigeration performed in a very professional and timely manner ...the bearded technician from dallas knows what he's doing! I highly recommend empire refrigeration for all your air conditioning needs!

Had an A/C installed in November 2024. Edwin paints a pretty picture that they would always be there to help. Well turns out that it is not true. When you call the office they don’t answer (weather they are busy or short staffed that is not the customer’s fault) so you have keep calling until eventually they do answer then they say they will call you back and of course they don’t, so you have to call them back. Finally after several attempts they answer you set up the appointment and they show up unprepared so they say that the office will call you back to set up another appointment for the repairs again they never call.
