Excellent dental experience. Great practice for those suffering with sensitive teeth! I was seen within 3 minutes of completing my registration, and felt like a VIP from the time I entered to the time I left. The dental prophylaxis (cleaning) was very thorough, unhurried, and COMFORTABLE! (My teeth are incredibly sensitive caused by 50+ years of clenching.) Maria Guerrero RDH took great care of my overly-sensitive teeth. The management actually allowed enough time for the Dental Hygienist to complete everything needed for this appointment: a full mouth x-ray series, a very careful dental "Prophy" and a meticulous periodontal probing. Dr Melissa Banker was very professional, thorough and and friendly as she completed the initial comprehensive exam. The entire appointment took about 2 hours, which was a very welcome change from most dental offices (that seem rushed and hurried)

My tooth started hurting during the "stay-at-home" order. My phone message was promptly returned and an appointment scheduled the same afternoon for Dr. Banker's affiliated office on Maxwell in Northeast ELP. All Corvid-19 protocols were observed; the 2 dental assistants were most pleasant and attentive. Dr. Banker quickly inspected my tooth performing the necessary tests to determine that a root canal was necessary. Her assistant scheduled on for the next day and gave me the necessary paperwork. Probably the fastest turnaround that I have ever experienced! Thanks
