I got 5 different bids to replace my mother’s central heating and install refrigerated air. Dynamic Heating and Cooling was the only company with no BBB complaints. I CAN’T say the same for the other companies. In the end, you get what you pay for. Robert, the owner, answered all of my questions and was extremely patient with my mother. His crew was clean, respectful and extremely professional. Most importantly, I never felt like Robert was trying to sell me something I didn’t need. Before collecting payment, Robert came back and spent an hour with me going through the systems, which was very much appreciated. You will not get this kind of customer service from other companies. I did extensive research on six local companies before selecting one to install an AC/Heating system in my home. I compared data in 13 categories, including brand and price, and Dynamic Heating and Cooling was the winner by a mile. They were the only company that due to the design of my home, recommended a central packaged unit versus a split unit to maximize efficiency and reduce my monthly electric bill. The team that installed the unit, ductwork and registers were extremely professional and definitely knew what they were doing. And, when we developed a little glitch a few weeks after installation, one of their technicians was onsite to take care of it in less than two hours. I would highly recommend Dynamic Heating and Cooling. In my opinion they are by far the best in the entire area.
