Dr. Boynton is hands down the best optometrists we’ve ever been to. I've been to Dr. Boynton twice between Oct 2023 and Jan 2024. The first time I went with my 82 yr old mother who needed new glasses pronto. Dr. Boynton was great with her. We were able to get a walk in appointment which was super helpful.I went to him in January when my vision became clouded over with hundreds of little black dots. Dr. Boynton preform a medical eye exam and, though he didn't find anything physically wrong with my eye, he spent a good bit of time explaining possible cause s and suggested follow up with other doctors. He was very reassuring and helpful.

I was in dire need of new contacts and a prescription for new glasses... After finding out my previous doctor passed away, I really didn't know where to go. Everywhere I called offered appointments a month out and considering my situation, I really couldn't wait that long. I called Dr. Boynton's office and was offered an appointment the same day! His office staff (one girl!) was really nice and so was the doctor. He took his time and didn't rush the appointment, just like my old doctor! I received a trial pair of contacts, put them in, and the doc took me back into the examination room to check the fit... something my old doctor didn't do. I had to wait the usual two weeks and return for a follow-up, which I didn't like too much, considering I've used the same brand of contacts for years. I definitely recommend Dr. Boynton and his staff. I'll be scheduling my husband's appointment soon!
