Overall, the clinic is recommended, with one customer stating that they "received good service" and were "happy" with the experience.
I took my dog there when we first got her and the dr( the ) said that if she's like this tomorrow something is wrong with her. Keep in mind I've never had a dog before. He said that because she was very sleepy and seemed lethargic. There is nothing wrong with her at all. I refused to let that doctor see my dog again. He was just so rude and ugly ; the only reason I still take my dogs there is because the employees there are awesome. The service isn't bad just the older gentleman needs to retire.
Dr.Sammy is super friendly and really cares about the animals he helps. We took our dog here to be checked out but unfortunately need to see a specialist because her situation is a little complex. But the time we were there the staff and everyone was super friendly! The waiting area was nice and relaxing I really loved the "Ask Dr.Sammy" videos that were playing in the waiting area super great things to learn on them. It was a nice change to see those types of videos rather than the news or HGTV playing. We waited about an hour to be seen (Thursday mid morning). We were taken back and our pup taken to the back for her examination. Then a few minutes later Dr. Sammy came in to share the prognosis and potentially what the specialist may do but for us to see them directly. I can tell the staff cares about their patients, they were very caring an empathetic in the support their provided us today. The waiting area is open but you're also able to wait in your car.
I needed to have my dogs tested for heart worms and then put on heart worm prevention (we didn't have heart worms where we lived before). The staff was really great at handling my 2 "extra special" dogs who get overly excited and nervous. They also let me know about a new heart worm medication that is one shot for the entire year and came with a free blood test. I also really liked the walk-in feature. Getting a vet appointment in California before we left was at least a 2 week wait. Being able to come in today was incredibly helpful. I'm glad I found this recommendation on one of the military spouse FB pages.
