The entire team at Crestview were amazing the entire time. Alma was so patient as we navigated the most difficult time in our lives. Alyssa was compassionate and understanding with all our questions and she was very responsive. Rene was so very helpful and patient with my elderly father during the course of the mass and cemetery services. The services were beautiful. The facility was serene, the hearse and limos were well kept. Everything was perfect for my mom, she would’ve been proud. Thank you so much.

I want to thank Crestview Funeral Home for assisting us with the flawless funeral service that they provided for my father Alejandro Oviedo. Your FH Director, Ms. Alma, is so kind, professional, and just endearing to my family who were (and still are) mourning my father's passing. I ran into an issue with the out-of-town FH that assisted my family with the transfer of my dad into El Paso (home) from another city. The other funeral home (NOT Crestview) basically refused to help me with an erroneous bill that was created from a pre-planed contract. They practically forced Crestview FH to help me with the entire situation (correcting an erroneous balance along... read full review
