I accompanied my son to get his hair cut and Jessica attended to him. She gave him a very good cut, she dedicated herself to doing it well, she also dried her hair, did an after shave, in short, very dedicated in her service. I recommend it.

2 of us went in for cuts for the first time. They had 2 very separate experiences. Hair cut #1, not greeted by stylist, no smile, no personality, did basic high fade and sent him on his way. Hair cut #2 was the location manager that greeted him with a smile, told him he got the XP treatment for being a first time customer, made fun talk and was very pleasant plus the hot towel, face and head massage as a first time customer bonus. We will go back and try again as we are hoping Hair cut #1 was just having a really bad day.

Rushed cut, choppy and uneven. But still manageable with a bit of gel. Price was kind of high for what we got. Cheap cuts used to be $7-9 and you accepted the consequences of the price. But nowadays you pay $18 after the tip and you regret even going...
