I take both my boys with Chantal, she’s been their barber for a couple years and she always does a good job! She’s got great experience and very friendly with my sons. The shop is nice and clean too.
I was handed off to a nice but wholly inexperienced barber and I got a haircut to regret. To their credit, they offered to make the haircut free but that wasn't appealing to me because he'd probably done his best and had sort maybe 45 mins on me at this point. To recap, I got there without an appointment (I didn't realize I needed one) and after waiting my turn, I was sent to a nice, young fellow. He did his best but it just wasn't what I expected. He made an error with my hairline plus I've broken out in razor bumps.
