Terrible service. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I dropped off 20 pieces of clothing (18 T-shirts and 2 pairs of shorts), and they told me everything would be ready the next day. When I came back, they only gave me 9 shirts and said the rest wasn’t ready yet. They told me to come back the following day.

Now it’s been an entire week, and when I went back again, they still said my clothes weren’t ready because it was “a lot of items.” Twenty pieces is not an unreasonable amount for a dry cleaner, and waiting over a week after being promised next-day service is completely unacceptable.

Absolutely unacceptable. They burned one of my shirts, lost another, and instead of taking responsibility, they’re hiding behind a ridiculous policy that says I have to wait another month just to maybe get my money back.
This place shows zero accountability, zero urgency, and zero respect for customers. If you damage or lose someone’s clothing, you don’t stall—you fix it. The delays, excuses, and poor service make it clear they don’t care once they’ve taken your money.
Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Trusting this place with your clothes was a mistake I won’t make again.

The absolute worst. I wasted my money on several blazers for them to literally come back the same. I just hand washed them after I picked them up from this terrible place.and customer service sucks.
