The individual Taoist Breathing classes that I've been taking with Steve, via Zoom, significantly reduced my symptoms of mild obstructive lung disease. I no longer spend the morning clearing my lungs, and haven't had to use my inhaler. Steve is a born teacher, and very good at individualizing his teaching to his students' needs.

I took a couple lessons here and was very impressed with the training and skill of the instructor, Steve Barowski. Unfortunately, I encountered this Center at the end of my stay in El Paso. If I were still living there, I would love to continue learning Chi Gong and Tai Chi. I joined the electronic mailing list and still benefit from reading the monthly newsletters. Highly recommend!
