i went to potomac mall woodbridge va for water damage they insisted screen need to be change i agre and come back to the kiosks the person told me it will be ready with in 30 min and it took him 2 hour he even have to call some one from the other store when i got home the screen not opening when itold them they are very rude and ask me to pay again i was very upset itold them i rather pay another person that bold man he doesn't now what is he doing .i went simple mobil they fixed with in 20 min witb 3 month guarantee i leave close will recommend for every one not to go there

Annapolis Mall location in Annapolis MD.....Was sold a "B quality product" (their words) and it failed within a week and a half. The website states that it sells ONLY OEM products and not sub par Chinese trash. The screen is 13 days old and freezes or goes completely black REQUIRING A RESET EVERY TIME! After presenting the store with this info they told me that I should of bought the "A quality product and not the B quality product". But they would take $50 off if I gave them a 5 star review on the purchase of a new $450 screen. This place is a total scam! No morals or ethics and doesn't care 1 bit about the customers they rip off. All I wanted for the $300 I paid was a screen that worked as promised.

This place is a total scam. Be warned that you cannot return anything. I repeat: this is a scam and the bottom of your receipt will say “No refund.” I walked in 10 minutes ago and then found out I was gifted an apple phone case. They refused to return it and allegedly said I was the only person to ever have an issue with this “policy.” There are no signs whatsoever and they do not tell you as you purchase. THIS IS A SCAM. Don’t believe me? Look at that less than 2 star rating. ‼️
