These guys saved me. My phone DIED and they were able to bring it back to life long enough to save my pictures and videos. Explained new phone to me and helped me get back to normal after a stressful 2 weeks if trying to figure out how to get memories back on my new phone and wipe it clean so I could return the old phone back to my provider. These guys are awesome.
