When a family enters the world of 24/7caregiving it can be a stressful, scary time. We are a very large family who all live out of town/state. Trying to coordinate care for our 93 yo mother was daunting. CSS came in at the right time and helped us figure out logistics in her care and provide professional guidance. The caregivers are kind and patient which is admirable when dealing with severe dementia! Has the process gone smoothly? I love this company. They are caring, compassionate and professional. The staff is top notch. CSS has helped my family professionally as our needs have changed over the year. The caregivers that help my parents are very caring, knowledgeable and go above and beyond. They fix meals, help bath, laundry and many other things. Thank you CSS for all that you have done for my family and myself.
