I've been to this barber shop several times over the last 7 months. Initially, had a great barber who nailed it on my haircuts and the little one. But after he left, I've had haircuts with 4 different barbers ( attempted to give them benefit of the doubt). Everytime I explained exactly what I wanted. And every single time the result was different. The icing on the cake was last week, went in with the little one ( his was not as bad) , but mine- its the worst haircut I've gotten, ever. I was even cut on the back of my neck with clippers, not even a razor. I'm not one to cause scenes or complain, I thanked the barber. But I will NEVER come back to this barber shop again....read full review

Excellent barbershop. All the staff are nice and personable , haircuts are good for the price, however some barbers will give you a beard trim (at extra cost) without telling you. Definitely recommend but tell your barber you don't want your beard trimmed

Soooo I had a lil catastrophe earlier at the Barbershop. But Brandon got me all the way hooked back up and cleaned up my eyebrows. NOW!!! THAT'S GOOD FREAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGERS STANDING BEHIND THE COMPANY BRAND. MAD props to Brandon at Capone's on N. Zaragoza El Paso, TxService: Haircut
