Positives: they hit me about a month ago on the right side of my car, as you can see in the pictures, they did a great job in matching the paint and fixing the light. Miss Gabriela was incredibly professional and tried to be helpful when issues arose in finding an after market flare which they still could not find.
Negatives: they ended up ordering the wrong flare for my car. Now, due to ordering the wrong size for the flares and seeing if they would fit, they removed the left side one so they can try to match them, however, as you can see from the pictures, they left drippings of the adhesive they used and did not put it back correctly. Impressed with the customer service I received. As soon as I advised the insurance of the body shop I chose to fix my car they immediately called me to schedule and appointment. I was very impressed with the service provided over the phone as well as in person. I really liked the text updates regarding my vehicle repair status. I also want to thank Gabby for her professionalism and all her help. Glad I chose this body shop.
