No complaints here, I called and let them pick the flowers for me since I didn't have a clue. My only request was that some of the flower be purple in color. Long story short, my wife really loved the flowers and that was all that mattered to me. Thank you, ladies, for doing a wonderful job.

This place was amazing and didn’t disappoint! Ordered from out of town to deliver there in El Paso and they delivered on time and the roses were beautiful! Friendly lady answered the phone and got all details perfectly!!! Will definitely use them again!!!!

I won't be buying from them again. What you see on there website is not what you get. You'll get something much smaller and not even close to the flowers you picked out. I called them and asked to see what happen they said they would call me back in 5 mins and never did.

I needed yellow roses for my husband’s army ceremony. These are a couple of days old and I wish I would have taken a picture the day I got them. These are beautiful roses with a beautiful arrangement. I ordered them in the morning and was able to pick them up the same day; it was excellent customer service.

Absolutely The rudest manager lady ever!!! Was suppose to deliver a bouquet of to my mother, she claims the flowers were attempted to be delivered this morning and her driver knocked and knocked on the door! This is a lie, since gate is locked to even get into my mother's yard much less get to a door to knock on! Literally told me to shut up would not let me talk. I finally told her I am reporting her business to the BBB for extremely poor customer service and refusal to even listen to a customer! She also refused to speak English.
