We are from a cold state and not familiar with AC units, ours started to constantly freeze over. We had so bellas come out based on their reviews, seemed like a good choice but after TWO separate appointments we were still left with an AC that was constantly freezing over. They wanted to charge us 700$ for a THIRD appointment to try to diagnose the problem. This is the second time I have used them. Excellent experience with this company. The technicians are always prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and total professionals.
