Dr. Ponce and his staff are so professional, knowledgeable, caring and empathetic. I have never been to an office that has such a warm feel. Although I don’t want to have pain, I am fortunate to have found Aktiv to help me. They are the best!!
I always have an amazing experience so I would highly recommend. Very friendly staff since the moment you walk in, they are well organized and hardly ever need to wait. The place is clean all the time and they have humidifiers so it always smells minty fresh. After the massages and adjustments, I always leave feeling better than how I came in.
