They fixed my device perfectly, and their 90 day repair guarantee certainly works, fixing my battery with these guys are amazing! They even went ahead and fixed my screen when they did a mistake.
Truly, an honest company who puts repairs and quality first rather than speed and components that come in broken. I will certainly be coming back in the future!
Took my Samsung Galaxy S24+ in to the shop to get a new screen. Old one had white lines (horizontal and vertical) and black dots. Suspect Samsung manufacturing defect but I purchased 10 months ago used with no warranty, and no screen problems.
They ordered a Genuine Samsung Screen Module early in the week. They offered cheaper non Samsung version but they did not recommend. Screen Module includes the screen and bezel (side of phone). Had to put a $25 deposit in case I never came back. Later that week received a call and so I returned, dropped the phone off in the morning, did a few errands and by lunch received call and picked it up. Phone like new... read full review
I went there for a new iPhone battery, and it was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had with phone repair. They replaced the battery the same day I brought it in, and the whole process was fast and professional. The tech even showed me pictures of the repair process and explained exactly what was done to my phone, which I really appreciated.
The price was very reasonable for a genuine Apple battery, and my phone is working like new again. Great customer service, honest work, and excellent communication from start to finish. AMAZING experience — highly recommend to anyone needing phone repairs!!!
