Val-Air Llc provides truly great service with excellent communications from beginning to completion. The company is very professional, polite, and reliable, with fast service. They arrived on time, explained every step in clear, easy-to-understand language, and worked efficiently without cutting corners. Val-Air did an excellent and detailed job of inspecting and cleaning the A/C unit for a fair price. They also explained what may need to be done in the future and preventive measures. The team is friendly, honest, and expert, going above and beyond. Val-Air is the best in the Rio Grande Valley, TX area and comes with a full recommendation.
