Based on reviews, First Home Healthcare, LLC offers the best services, focused deeply on empathy, kindness, and respect. Thelma is amazing and was always there to answer questions. Sergio Guardiola provided unparalleled care and attention to detail. However, a recent issue is that Letty/Letti at the front desk is not very welcoming. She is rude, treats people differently, and seems to withhold information. Aside from that, everyone else is wonderful.
Love this company until Letty/Letti is now at the front desk. Not very welcoming. She is rude & treats people differently from others. I dont like to call the office knowing she might answer, she seems to withhold information when asked a simple question but when I speak to others they can answer my questions. Nvr had this issue till now. Other than that everyone else is wonderful!
I would like to thank Thelma who worked with our family . She's is amazing, whenever we had a question she was always there for us.
Not only has my mother been a client for over 10 years but I work with this company too, I couldn’t be happier with this company and my mother as well. Ms. Thelma is someone so special to us she always treated us like family she just goes over the top for her clients, and now happier that they added mr. Sergio to the company, thank u guys so much!!!
