I dropped off 3 brand new pairs of pants with tags and asked specifically for them to be steamed and not pressed. I told them I didn’t want any creases. I picked up the pants the next day and all three pairs had been pressed with hard creases on the sides of each pant leg. The lady on the phone who was speaking with the girl at the store said that they don’t offer steaming services, and that I had to pay. Even their own ticket states that they were to have no creases! I had visited two other cleaners and none of them had same day/next day available. The staff was friendly and moved quickly to ensure orders were completed in a timely manner. I’ll continue doing business with them. I highly recommend this place.
