Oscar answered our call right away. We called close to 9 am. By 1 pm the team was at my house. They quickly assessed the situation. They called to see if the part was available and while their teammate brought the part- they disassembled the portion that needed it. No wasted time at all with these guys. They were upfront about fees and charges too. I will absolutely recommend them to friends and family.
We had a great experience with Boss Air Conditioning. Our unit was not cooling and with as busy as I am sure all service companies are right now, Mr Oscar made sure our unit was repaired the same day we called. Kudos to Boss Air Conditioning and staff, thank you Mr Oscar
Don’t call just anyone!! Oscar answered my phone call after working hours (6:30pm) and came right away to service our A/C unit, fixed it within minutes. Very professional courteous and super honest. Oscar, thank you very much and will be a loyal customer!!!!
