I had a Gabb phone that the turn on/off button had broken. I wasn’t sure if anything could be done especially since the company told me that this repair was under their warranty. I went into Legacy IT just to see if they could do anything. Within minutes it was repaired. The employees were so kind. I am so appreciative for their help.

Truly stand-up business. Without going into detail, they made a mistake, and then made it right in a situation where many other businesses might have said “too bad!” The owner stepped in and ensured a fair resolution. This is what I look for in a trusted business relationship.

I always take my computers here when I have a problem. They've solved every issue. Frequently, they find a less expensive option too. Much appreciated! I really love the team and how dedicated they are.
