So I had panicked after my Power Source on my Gaming PC died. Well when I called I got it in quick and the guy operating was super nice. Within thirty minutes, he called and said my power source went out. So I ask if they can replace it and they say yes. I get a call on Friday about the cost. They tell me about $140 and it would be done mid to late the next week. Well I waited until Thursday and after no word back, I call them. They tell me "Oh it's done" Well thanks for calling me and letting me know. I drive down to the shop and pick up the pc. First thing I notice? Case is scuffed. Looked inside, Fan not fully resecured. I’ve had many quotes and answers to questions that just didn’t meet our needs but William and Dylan have done the impossible. I’m so thankful for the work they have done for us. Dylan came to our house with respect and understanding and they worked together and got the job done. Thank you so much

This is a great company to other companies in the DFW area and Best Buy computer geeks scrutinize grandson's computer app overcharged me and still did not fix it. Brought it to these guys and for very little money they fixed it completely headed up and running in no time I highly recommend him I will be back.
