Sean is a 2nd to none representative of this company. Just his knowledge and suggestions helped our decision to go with Ideal Floors. The installers did an amazing job and it wasn’t dragged out either. They even corrected the squeaky floorboards as well. I would highly recommend them.
I could not be more impressed with IDeal Floors. They were highly recommended and did not disappoint.
In the same day, I called them for an estimate, they came to inspect and gave me an estimate on the spot and had plenty of samples to pick from. I’m not sure I could do the job cheaper myself, very fair on pricing.
They were on time for the install, quick and efficient. Left the house clean as they found it. The carpet is lush and very secure, they will be the only installers I work with from now on.
Than you for the awesome job.
Alexa was amazing!!! My dog shredded some carpet padding. I only needed a small piece. I contacted MULTIPLE companies and everyone wanted to sell me a large amount. Alexa found a quick solution to my problem at an exceptional price. You just don't get customer service like this anymore. THANKS ALEXA!!!!
