“Sean is a 2nd to none representative of this company. Just his knowledge and suggestions helped our decision to go with Ideal Floors. The installers did an amazing job and it wasn’t dragged out either. They even corrected the squeaky floorboards as well. I would highly recommend them.”
“I found Roxana through Facebook Marketplace while searching for stone for our kitchen countertops, and I’m so glad I did! This was my first time choosing stone and working with a fabricator, so I was talking with four different companies and literally had a spreadsheet comparing stones, pricing, and options.
From the very beginning, Roxana stood out. She was incredibly friendly, responsive, patient, and genuinely wanted to help me bring my vision to life while staying within my budget. She went above and beyond to find the specific stone I wanted at a better price and took the time to walk me through the process and my different options.
Her installation team was wonderful as well. They had such a great “can-do” attitude, even with some of my more custom requests, including an apron-front sink feature, special cuts, and other details I had envisioned. They never made my ideas feel like an inconvenience and worked hard to make everything come together beautifully.
We are SO pleased with how our countertops turned out and truly grateful for Roxana and her entire team. The combination of great pricing, beautiful work, excellent customer service, and willingness to accommodate custom details made the whole experience such a positive one.
We would absolutely use Roxana again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing fabricator!”
“Our bathroom remodel exceeded expectations. The craftsmanship was excellent, the project stayed on schedule, and the team was professional and easy to work with throughout the process.”
