We keep getting a bill for the work that was done but my ac still doesn’t work. I was told they would order a part and be back but that never happened! Catrena Barnes Channing Tx. Will not recommend!

I dealt with Matt Goodwin, the owner, throughout the entire process. From the beginning, he never followed up on his word. From saying he’d stop by or call back, I’d always have to reach out to try and get an answer. This process went on for 3 weeks. Finally, he said in order to receive the funding for supplies I had to inform the lender that the install went well before it even took place which was a red flag for me. So I was basically told to lie to the lender so he could receive the funding for my install ahead of time. After I refused and threatened to rescind the loan, they FINALLY came out and installed the system. I still have shipping damage to a side panel...read full review

I scheduled an appointment yesterday and the technician never came to my house. No call and no show. It's upsetting since I requested a day off. I talked to the receptionist and she said to wait for him. He will be there later and for me to wait for his call. I waited til almost close time and that's when I called them again. Wondering if he was still coming since the company was about to close.. The receptionist said that he was not going to make it anymore. He got busy doing something else. I wish they would of call me but they never did. I had to call them just to find out they were not coming anymore. I wasted a whole day waiting for this technician. Just for him...read full review
