He answered all my questions and explained how everything would work with insurance. His quote was right in line with my insurance company. I had no worries about having to get the insurance to pay out more or pay the difference myself. (Unlike with other quotes I got). Materials and his team showed up the following Monday morning and we're done by that afternoon. The team worked fast, and their cleanup was immaculate. I didn't find any nails or shingles left anywhere. Russ contacted insurance that day to have them issue the final check, and has been so patient as we wait for it to come in. “S&B Roofing did an amazing job on my roof replacement. Brandon, Trey, and Cheryl were delightful to work with. They communicated with me throughout the whole process. We did have to delay due to weather conditions, but I appreciate that they weren't willing to risk getting my house wet just to complete the job. They even found that there were 4 layers (3 extra) of felt under the shingles, which explains the excess condensation I'd been experiencing inside the house. Now that my roof can breathe, the interior condensation has decreased dramatically in just the few weeks since completion. Not sure if the extra felt was intentional or pure laziness of prior contractors but just know that S&B Roofing will do it right! 10 stars!“
