I would like to sincerely thank everyone at the funeral home for everything they did for our family during such a difficult and emotional time. From beginning to end, they treated us with kindness, compassion, and respect, making a very difficult process a little easier for us.
Also a special thanks to the director, Robert Lugo, who was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and understanding. His patience, guidance, and compassion meant so much to me and my sisters when we needed it most. During one of the most difficult times for our family, the care and compassion we received meant more than words can express. Robert Lugo, the funeral director, was incredibly professional, patient, and kind. He guided me through every step with grace and understanding, making a hard process feel a little lighter. The new look due to the remodel was also appreciated .

Vicky at the front desk was also wonderful. She was always available, answered all of my questions, and showed genuine empathy and care every time we spoke. Her kindness never went unnoticed.
