My refrigerator broke called this number and Rigo came out. It was the compressor. Good thing it was under warranty. It took a few days to come in. Rigo fixed it. Very satisfied with his work and him keeping up to date with the part for it was going to ship to his address as per LG policy. Rigo is honest, humble, and responsible, thank you
