“The repair tech. completed the job satisfactory. The repair was done although on the last service I was told by another service tech. Of a solution so that I would not be having the same issue arise and this tech did not know of such a repair for what I was told by another tech. I had been called to approve an estimate for such services but then the company never followed through on that. Im not sure who to believe now ? One tech or another and or if there is such a fix for a problem that keeps happening with. A/C. Customer service by the receptionist was poor. I received 3 calls for basically the same thing regarding pricing even though I had mentioned I was working and could not be bothered too much at work. I thought I was clear on the first call with the repair request and ok with the price for service. There is definitely room for improvement on customer service. I’m rating 4 star because they are quick to come fix the problem and are reliable.“
