The repair tech. completed the job satisfactory. The repair was done although on the last service I was told by another service tech. Of a solution so that I would not be having the same issue arise and this tech did not know of such a repair for what I was told by another tech. I had been called to approve an estimate for such services but then the company never followed through on that. Im not sure who to believe now ? One tech or another and or if there is such a fix for a problem that keeps happening with. A/C. Customer service by the receptionist was poor. I used Air Cool Tech last week to solve an emergency in one of our systems. They showed up the same day I contacted them performed the diagnosis and get my system going the day after. I plan to keep working with them for future services.Service: A/C system repair
