I don't normally have to wait long when I have an appointment. PA was nice. The problem I have is that I went to get my Hep B titer done, was told over the phone that I was good and didn't need a Hep B booster but the lab result says nonreactive. I don't know if the PA needs to educate herself on vaccines or the medical assistant messed up. Every time I interact with the front office staff, they seem flustered and disorganized. I gave them my new insurance card twice and they still haven't updated my info.
I am REALLY TIRED of the inefficient office staff. They cannot seem to comprehend that I am a winter Texan - there for 4-5 months of the year. They will set up appointments without consulting me and then refuse to have a video visit because it is not COVID related. I am done with them.
