“Staff was wonderful. Caring and knowledgeable. They made it obvious that their number one concern was the care of my pet. The care provided was fantastic. They explained every procedure with appropriate urgency. They didn't do unnecessary procedures just to bill me either. They confirmed the cost of care and obtained consent on anything that wasn't urgently needed before doing it. They reported that if overnight care or more invasive care than they could handle was needed, that they would send me to a 24/hr vet. They also work with services for payment plans in the event the bill can't be paid outright.”
