Baylor Animal Clinic is a trusted veterinary practice that provides exceptional care for pets. The clinic is known for its compassionate staff, led by Dr. Martin, who have a deep commitment to the well-being of their patients. Clients strongly recommend the clinic for their loving and playful approach towards pets, especially during visits. The staff takes time to answer questions and offers helpful advice on saving money for vaccinations. Baylor Animal Clinic is also praised for its ability to handle difficult situations, including the care provided during the loss of a long-time pet.
The clinic has undergone a recent remodel that has been positively received by clients. It is equipped to handle emergencies, such as plant poisoning, and offers a low-cost vaccine clinic on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month. While the clinic provides friendly care for pets, there have been some concerns regarding fluctuating prices for certain services. Some clients noted that while everything went well with initial shots and vaccines, the overall costs can vary significantly.
Whether clients are long-time pet owners or first-time pet parents, Baylor Animal Clinic is dedicated to ensuring the health and comfort of furry companions, making it a reliable choice for pet care.
Slowly but surely introducing my cats to NVC-Bacliff as needed. I first met Dr Pleasant at a Dickinson location when Gracee was ill. She treated us both so professionally & kindly. She didn’t frown at my large cat sized family & understood cost will always be a factor. I will & have followed her to the location closest to our home. Communication is great with her & the Bacliff facility.
Last Friday, we had to say goodbye to another 4 legged family member - 2nd time this year. On both occasions, the thing that made it bearable was the exceptional compassion, expertise, and care that Dr. Pleasant and her assistant(s) showed. I highly recommend Dr. Pleasant at NVC Bacliff.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Dr. Christian Pleasant-Reed is honestly the sweetest vet. She is so kind and understanding, and you can really tell that she genuinely cares. I especially appreciate that she never pushes unnecessary tests or treatments and is always mindful of your situation and financial concerns. She truly wants to help and always puts your pet first.
The whole staff is wonderful too. Everyone is so kind, professional, and caring. I’m genuinely grateful I found Dr. Pleasant-Reed and her team. They make you feel like your pet is in good hands, and that means so much. I highly recommend them! ❤🐾
