My lab had a dislocated joint and we could not get into our normal vet. The staff was helpful in getting us a same day appt. The techs and vet were both incredibly thorough, kind and helpful. Highly recommend. So does Rico ? prices were very reasonable and the location is also clean ?

We took our dog to Bay Glen one day after we moved to Houston. I scheduled an appointment online, but based on my dog's symptoms, the staff called me that morning and asked if I could bring her in sooner. I am so glad that they had the foresight to do this, because my dog ended up needing emergency surgery to clear an intestinal blockage. I was distraught, but the vet techs and vet were so comforting and knowledgeable so it helped ease my anxiety. My dog had a successful life saving surgery under their care.

We have been taking Sima our golden retriever to Bay Glen Animal Hospital since we got him as a puppy. All the staff and the Vets there are so friendly and good at what they do. They are very efficient with keep you on schedule with vaccinations and medications. They also have some in-house insurance preventative plans that you can choose from. I would like to share one particular incident here. Our dog accidentally ate something that he wasn’t supposed to (totally our fault btw; cant leave a puppy unsupervised for even for a second).
