“The care our animals have received at TLC Animal Hospital and board has been above and beyond. We have a deer chiuaua named Goose who is 7 years of age, and we have a puppy that weighs in at 30lbs named rerun. They've known him since they could carry him around with one hand. And they helped us when it was time to say goodbye to our loving cat Abigail. She was with us for 27 years. It felt as if one of our own children had passed. And they were with us every step of the way. Checking in on us. Sending us cards. Even on the anniversary of her passing. When ever Rerun or Goose have to go in for anything, they act as if it were a trip to a friend's house. Who wouldn't want that for their pets. Especially when we have to leave them behind. Whether for a trip or just the day. Our Animals are always looking happy when we drop them off or pick them up. That does my heart good.“

I don't remember how we came to know Drs Shepard and Murphy but they have been the loving medical providers for our little girl Piper, since we rescued her as a pup, and up to his passing, our horribly missed, Izzy.

Our relationship goes back more than 20 years. I can't imagine ever trusting any other vets like I do these two. And their assocites, techs, and whole staff, are somewhere north of excellent.

“They took care of our baby Maltipoo boy, Gumbo. Destiny the nurse, Stacey front desk and the doctor were all such wonderfully pleasant, so sweet and kind and helpful. They got me in same day with an appointment, walked me through CareCredit application, and were so sweet to our fur son. Gumbo especially loved his nurse Destiny.

Called them today with some concerns, and was answered and helped by Stacey, who is just the kindest most helpful representative at any business I’ve ever spoken with.

“I took my car in to have her checked again for symptoms she was still having. They checked her, took samples for tests, and had me put her on special diet. Very thorough. Will talk when results are back. I've used them for about 13 years. Satisfied.“

“They were absolutely wonderful with our dog Peanut. He was refusing food & water, almost unable to walk, was lethargic, and over all was not acting like himself at all for the past two days. After calling a dozen vets in the area this morning, no one could get us in today and I was too scared to wait any longer. I called Sea Paws in desperation as I have never used a mobile vet before. They managed to rework their schedule to squeeze him in within 2 hours! While it is a little more costlier than I am used to - I still feel the costs were very fair and were not much more for such amazing service. Especially now that I already see an improvement from the medication they gave him within a couple hours.Dr. Marcum really took her time to interact with our dog and it was obvious that she and her tech genuinely CARE about the patients that they treat. This is more than just a job and it shows. I have never received this level of service at any vet appt in my life. Thank you SO MUCH for coming out as fast as you did and for helping ease my own anxiety about the situation. I read some bad reviews online that made me almost not give them a shot. “Pet Vet is just awesome. I like how they send you a reminder text for everything. I used to take my dog here in college and then I moved away. I’ve been taking my pets here again for the last few years and they have been good to us. My cat needs a monthly injection for arthritis and they’re always so flexible with squeezing us in.
