I gave a family member a ride to their appt. The parking is big,nice yard and sidewalks outside. Lovely tree shade too. Big lobby,with clean area,and nice restroom,but only one,and i mean,one only. My friend sat in the lobby about 20 to 30,then got called inside to see the doctor. It all took about 1 hour and a half.
I like the fact Dr Matthew Windrow never rushes my appointment. I've had it happen to me with doctors from my past. At some doctor's offices it takes a long time to get seen. Once you're in the room your gonna get seen at. That can sometimes take another 30 more minutes or more. Then when the doctor comes in the room. He's rushing to get out. 10 minutes max and out the doctor goes. If a person has questions. A person can sometimes forget to ask cause you feel rushed. It's not like that with Dr.Matthew Windrow. I'm please where I am and I'm pleased that Dr Matthew Windrow is my doctor. And his staff is also awesome. I can't ask for more.
I wasn't able to see my regular Dr today but I knew I would end up in the ER if I didn't see a Dr. Paula Golden, I think she is a NP, my only symptom was a high fever for 4 days. She figured it out and called in some medication, I feel better tonight than I have in days
