I had the pleasure of an eye exam with Dr. Middleton this morning. The entire process was simple, the folks were friendly and professional, and they handled everything smoothly and thoroughly. In these days of medical and healthcare horror stories, Total Eye Care was a total pleasure.
I felt like a valued customer, not a file and an insurance claim. Thank you !!
Dr Vang is the most qualified reliable doctor I’ve seen up at this particular clinic. She explained eye photos, provided educational explanations to myself and spouse. She is fabulous, don’t want to see anyone else. I’ve been this clinic for eye exams for greater than 10 years. Never have I experienced such attempts to educate the patient.
Started off with Dr Kelby 8 years ago and now with Dr Middleton. Same level of professional and intentional engagement that has kept me satisfied and coming back to this wonderful establishment. Highly recommend!
