I want to start by saying this was the best experience I’ve had with any locksmith in the area. Before finding this company, I had contacted two others—one charged me $200 just to unlock my car, and the other never even showed up when I needed my vehicle rekeyed.
When I reached out to this company, everything changed. The woman I spoke with was incredibly helpful and completely transparent about pricing from the start. She rekeyed my car in about 35 minutes and even gave me an extra key copy at no additional cost. And the best part? The entire experience was still cheaper than just unlocking my car with the first company.
I contacted Titan and they let me know their buddy down the street would probably help me out for cheaper considering my circumstance. Even though I didn't use their service I can appreciate someone who cares enough to save me a buck and recommend a colleague. They are honest and professional.
