We have used Super Inspector in our last two home purchases. Both were new construction, and while you think new construction would not have anything wrong, David (our inspector for both) found several things on our most recent that were minor or moderate, but better found before we close on final construction, and most were things we would not have noticed, especially outside where pests or water could get in. Great service, walked through the entire report with us and the construction manager so all are on the same page for what is owed to fix before close.
